#Repost @littlemissbento (@get_repost) ・・・ Baked Snoopy pineapple 🍍 tarts! My kind of cookie treats for CNY. #littlemissbento . . Recipe: Makes about 9 Snoopy cookies measuring about 8cm tall. Ingredients: 60g softened butter, unsalted 30g icing sugar Pinch of salt 1 tsp of plain yogurt 100g plain flour or cake flour And *extra flour for dusting 108g pineapple paste - divided into 9 parts For decoration: Melted chocolate Method: 1. Cream butter in a bowl. Add in icing sugar and continue to whisk until light and fluffy. 2. Add in salt and yogurt, whisk well. 3. Sieve in flour and mix with a spatula until the cookie mixtures comes together 4. Wrap dough in cling wrap and rest in the fridge for 45mins 5. Dust the worktop with come flour, roll out the cookie mixture into 4mm approx thickness. 6. Cut out the snoopy shapes. And arrange one portion of the pineapple paste in the centre and wrap the hands or hand (or none). 7. Place on baking tray line with baking paper 8. Bake at 150 with fan, top and bottom beat, for about 15mins or until lightly brown on the edges
