Running from June 2017 to May 2020, the project is promoting the shared food heritage of Central Europe, working with 11 partners from five cities: Venice, Dubrovnik, Brno, Kecskemét and Krakow. Through training sessions, the mapping of local gastronomic resources and strategies for adding value, Slow Food Central Europe aims to protect and promote food heritage in a sustainable way.
