#Repost @slowfood_international (@get_repost) ・・・ The Slow Food Central Europe activities are now in full swing! Running from June 2017 to May 2020, the project is promoting the shared food heritage of Central Europe, working with 11 partners from five cities: Venice, Dubrovnik, Brno, Kecskemét and Krakow. Through training sessions, the mapping of local gastronomic resources and strategies for adding value, Slow Food Central Europe aims to protect and promote food heritage in a sustainable way.
