Ver, Comer y Saber: #Repost @dimasharifonline (@get_repost) ・・・ These pictures were taken last year during the Italian Cuisine World Summit, where the Italian Michelin Starred @cheftonylococo and I held a discussion session about the historic Arab influences over Italian cuisine. During the session I discussed the Arab influence over pasta and proved how Pasta reached Italy by the Arabs through Sicily. I also demonstrated the cooking of the world’s oldest documented Pasta dish and traced its origins back to 6BC.
